Refund Policy – SS Dental Care

At SS Dental Care, we strive to provide the highest quality dental care and a transparent, fair payment process. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any payments.

1. General Policy

All fees paid for dental consultations and treatment procedures are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered. However, we understand that certain situations may warrant a refund, and we handle each case with care and fairness.

2. Consultation Fees

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

  • If you have paid an advance for a consultation and need to cancel before the appointment, please refer to our Cancellation Policy for applicable refund terms.

3. Treatment Advance / Deposit Payments

In cases where a partial advance payment is collected before beginning a treatment course (e.g., orthodontic treatment, implants):

  • If treatment has not yet commenced, the advance may be refunded after deducting a processing fee of ₹200–₹500.

  • If treatment has partially commenced, the refund (if any) will be calculated based on the cost of services already rendered up to that point.

  • Once treatment is fully completed, no refund will be applicable.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

If you have been charged more than once for the same appointment/service due to a technical error:

  • Please contact us within 7 working days of the transaction.

  • Provide your name, contact number, transaction ID, and the amount charged.

  • We will investigate and process the refund within 7–10 working days upon verification.

5. Failed Transactions

  • In case of a failed online payment where the amount has been debited from your account but the booking was not confirmed, the amount will be automatically reversed to your account within 5–7 working days by Razorpay/your bank.

  • If the reversal does not occur within this time, please contact us with your transaction details.

6. Dental Products / Take-home Items

  • Products sold at the clinic (e.g., retainers, mouthguards, teeth whitening kits) are not refundable once dispensed, for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • In case of a manufacturing defect, the item will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost within 14 days of purchase.

7. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us with the following details:

  • Patient name and contact number

  • Date of appointment/payment

  • Razorpay Transaction ID or payment receipt

  • Reason for refund request

8. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Online payments (via Razorpay): Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Cash payments: Refunded in cash or via bank transfer within 3 working days.

9. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction with treatment outcome when the procedure was performed correctly and to clinical standards.

  • Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice (no-show).

  • Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of service/payment.
